During DRC check DSPCB measure the distance between Silkscreen and text bounding box resulting in text to pad/via/shape etc. DRC errors, even if actual distance is quite high.
Bounding box is different for stroke font (at the end of the text) and it seems to be a bug, and different for TrueType font (below and under the text) which is not a bug as such, but rather a lack of proper text to object instead of bounding box to object check.
It would be nice to have it fixed in the future versions of DSPCB.
