with DesignSparc Version 10 it turned out that the scale factor being chosen for visual inspection of the board layers not only enlarges the optical view of the layers, but also influences the produced Gerber manufacturing data. If the chosen scale factor is > 1.000 the produced board size will be increased as well so that all dimensions don't correspond anymore to the desired dimensions of DesignSparc V 10.
I don't remember that this feature still existed in previous versions of DesignSparc PCB. Is it now an intended new feature or a bug in the design?
