Salford Racing Make History!❤
Wow! What a week! Not only did Salford Racing get onto the track for the first time in our history, we managed to be the second car (and the first UK car) to finish the Sunday endurance. We're incredibly proud of everything that we have accomplished. Great work went in by all the team and we're incredibly lucky to be supported by our sponsors Morson Projects, Salford Van Hire & Crisp Tuning.
Our results were:
Cost: 28th - 60.79pts
Design: 24th - 72pts
Business: 22nd - 70.4pts
Sprint: 10th - 41.99pts
Endurance: 5th - 111.1pts
Overall: 8th - 411.6pts
In 2023, we managed to get to the noise test but due to an engine issue, we weren't able to get the car started. We were determined to come into 2024 with a running start and that we did. All through the year, the team has worked tirelessly to get the car ready earlier than ever.
