Our customer had bought RS stock no. 852-3019 ( DS exchange & drawing module bundle) and was using it perfectly but suddenly it stopped working and now it is asking for registration. He tried using login details but it is not validating a screenshot is attached. He is using the same serial number provided by you. please help to reactivate the software.
