Apparently, Quattro cases come without screws as standard, a change has been submitted to correct the datasheet error. Sorry for less happy news!

Randy in Texas contacted the manufacturer in the UK on my behalf. Here is the answer for those who want to know:
The screw should be a plastite M3x8 or similar (must be a thread forming) :
This is suitable to attach the spacers and or lock the lid to the mid-band only (not for mounting the product to a wall or via the VESA bracket to a TV/monitor).

As you are in the US, I would try asking the Tech Support at Allied. https://www.alliedelec.com/customerservice/forms/technicalsupport.aspx

@davecole Great suggestion. Hopefully the US distributor of the case (who is not selling this made in GB product with the screws) will be able to find out for me.

I haven't got the case so can't help, sorry, but as you said it is "fantastic" I had to have a look! It is fantastic and would like one of these.
I could not find any reference to screw sizes and everywhere seemed to state they were included. Could they just be missing?
Also part numbers may be confusing, most seem to be ASM-1900035-21 (not ...39-21) so unless a typo may be worth searching again.
Just a guess but I would assume M3 or M4, could you just try one for fit?

@Boss I'm buying a quantity of them and hope to purchase a quantity of screws to match. I don't think they were missing -- because thus far zero out of four boxes has no screws. Next step will be to simply try a few sizes. I will share the specification if I learn what it is.

correction -- zero of four boxes contained any screws.
