Product details

Intel® Aero Ready to Fly Drone

The Intel Aero Ready to Fly Drone is a fully assembled UAV development platform, complete with everything you required to get airborne. The only additional item you need is a fully charged battery.
Included on the drone is the Intel RealSense R200 camera, an 8 MP camera and a VGA camera. The combination of these cameras provides both visible and depth information. When integrated into a drone, it enables object detection, identification and avoidance and offers huge potential for developers of UAV applications.
At the heart of the drone is the Intel Aero Compute Board with the processing power to operate the drone and compute the real-time video images from its cameras. The board itself is the size of a playing card and powered by a quad-core Intel Atom processor.
The Intel Aero platform enables developers to concentrate on the application and get airborne quickly.
