pin number and name on pcb

Hi,

I am making a pcb from a schematic in designspark PCB. I cannot seem to get the components on the pcb  to show their pin numbers or names. All layers are turned on. The pin names and pin numbers boxes are ticked in the component properties.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
