In DSPCB v8.1 I do not find the functionality to report the changes made in PCB (components added, links added or modified) back in the schema.
I know it's not the best way to change a project, but sometimes it happens! In other CAD I tried this functionality and doing a back-annotation in the diagram we find a pile of symbols already connected only to arrange graphically in the scheme ...
