Trouble with PCB printing

There is a trouble with PCB layout printing... outputting directly to PDF have excellent resolution but several holes missing, outputting to windows printer have all holes rendered correctly but very less resolution.

Differences are more evident on pdf files but I cannot upload it...

The blocked holes or "Backoff" errors are described here

Regarding 'plotting' if you are using a Windows PDF printer that should provide the same high quality as the built in PDF plotter, so check your settings.
