Hello.
I just noticed on my '3D view' window of my pcb, that some pads are red inside. Example is on the picture i attached, you can see PC4, PC5, PD4, AVCC, MISO, MOSI, etc pads being red, no matter in which net they are connected. These pads are from my custom library, so that i can use free pads and connect them whenever i want.
In contrast, Pins GND and 5V are, as normal Green and Yellow, indicating the layer they are attached. These pads are not from a library (so they dont have a schematic), but directly located on the pcb, from the "Add pad (F4)" option.
Why my pads from my library are red? and most importantly, will this affect the gerber file in a way lets say -not make a hole throughout the pcb-?
