The quick answer is to set your Windows default printer to a PDF printer.
Then in DSPCB select to print to the Windows printer (which will now produce a PDF). In our FAQ's and articles this article covers how you do this:

To understand further the built in PDF driver produces a file to simulate a photoplotter which will show theses blocked holes (backoff errors):

Problem solved!
When printing, we choose not PDF, but Windows!
