I can no longer access the program.
good day I can no longer access the program, the login screen opens I enter the name and password a screen opens with all my data but when I click on the update button it gives me an unknown error message that one of the fields is not been inserted, in reality they are all compiled

hi Fiorre, I would advise that you raise a support ticket to the DesignSpark service desk, you can find details for this on the Electrical support page here, https://www.rs-online.com/designspark/electrical-support, but since it's a holiday period they may not respond right away, but at least they will have a record of your issue and you will get an official reply for sure.
