I have just done a pcb layout for the first time using to translate sch to pcb. But the pcb side for IC's is coming out with the sides reversed. The PCB layout as shown on the library is top down layout of the component.
But when the pcb layout is produced the same top down layout is used to connect the tracks, so when the copper side is shown the pin 1 should be on the top right, it is shown as top left!
Pin 1 is only on the left hand side of the component, when you are looking down on the component side, not the pcb side! The pcb's cannot be used as the solder layout, do not match the schematic!
