There are many companies in the country which are producing highly energy efficient vehicles for personal transport and today pleased to find one of the popular company as Riversimple which team has unveiled a technology demonstrator for the Hyrban. And the speciality of the newly new invented car is an energy equivalent of over 300 mpg that is really appreciable.

Thanks Homegirl,

You tried this part way through some re-engineering of the service that supplies the models, it was connected up to a temp resource which worked partially.

We've now finished the work and can confirm that the DS PCB version works with these and other part numbers previously not working. We will apply similar changes to the online version to correct that issue too.

We have now also been able to show products form other RS sections previously not available in ModelSource such as relays.

I hope this improves the service for you, please feel free to feedback here or via

I just got the TLP523(F) and TLP523-2(F) using modelsource without a problem and tested them in a schematic, converting to pcb.

The TLP523-4(F) does appear as a schematic symbol but there's no pcb symbol for it

This seems to be an issue with this part only, I have tested the service, I can get other parts to download without a problem but not this one. I notice there are ()'s in the part number and as both the online and offline services share the same data but nothing else I suspect the issue is related to this.

I'll investigate the problem asap, and post here when it's fixed.

DesignSparkPCB V5 running under Linux/Wine.

I am trying to add a component to a design, when I use the ModelSource feature from within DesignSparkPCB to look for it it fails to find it (a TLP523), I have used this method many times before and it works fine so I don't think there is a problem with my setup, anyway, as an alternative I tried the web based interface to seach for it, this seemed to work fine, I selected the model I am interested in from the list and added it to the download collection, but when I click on the download button I keep getting the following error message:

[i:2wbh3azn]Unable to download collection[/i:2wbh3azn]

any ideas/pointers re what could be causing the error?

Many thanks...
