One solution to big black circle on the grid

I found one solution to the black circle problem.  I'm using a Radeon X550 graphics adapter, it's not the best, but works fine with just about anything.  I tried going to DesignSpark Options/Advanced/Graphics and changed the renderer to WARP.  It cleared up the big black circle and I'm able to use the app now.
