my computer had a big hickup ad I had to re load it and put all my programs back on, and when I re downloaded DesignSpark it keeps asking me to reregister and it keeps saying does not reconize me. I tried to sign in wth the inof that I have wrote down in my book and it didnt like that . I tried to change every thing apssward, user etc. and same ol same ole. NOW I CANNOT USE THE PROGRAM. I need you to clear out my account so I can start fresh, or you can enter in my info there and see what I am talking abour: here it is...******
please get back to me asap and let me know if what is what. I have lots to do and now I cannot do any thing.
