problem making threads

when i pull the thread it fills the inside of the thread this is tru with inside and outside threads i have noticed if i pull at exactly 2.3mm this does not happen there are exact numbers that pull proerly but any thing in between fills with a odd inside fill it is a math problem with dsm5 because dsm2 did not have this problem now i am forced to use dsm5 and nothing in this dam program works right anymore is there something that i am not clicking to stop this from happening

also after making a thread the cut tool no longer works to cut excess off or taper to a tapered start of the thread

Are you able to share the file And explain what you want, so I can better understand the problem.

@JACANT I am having a problem setting up dropbox it is trying to sync my whole dam computer when all i want to do is share a file so maby i can explain the setup with a .95mm shaft and a .5x.5 thread to triangle try to pull it around the shaft with a .5mm spacing try to pull it to any thing 8mm 7mm 10mm ecc you will see that the center of the thing fills in with a horable horable wierd center then try 2.3mm this is the way the thing should work then try to cut the bottom off at the head it will not cut i have to keep entering 2.3mm till i get the right length or have to stop before getting over the end because i do not have control over the length of a good clean pull

@cajory You need to have the 0.95 shaft longer than the thread you are trying to create. It would be better to use the Discussion forum, here you can upload images and files if they are not too big. https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200606349-DesignSpark-Mechanical-Discussion

@JACANT doesn't this site send emails because i have not received any on this thread. I have discovered the problem if the thread touches or is connected thru the pull then it does that weird fill if i set the thread high to .49 and the Depth to .5 and the pull at .5mm then the threads have a separation and pulls perfectly giving me the ability to taper the shaft and cut the taper into the thread. spent all day yesterday trying to get my desk top back after installation of Dropbox and what the blank is going on with Dropbox I almost lost everything on my desktop because it backed it up to a separate folder and deleted everything on my desktop and i could not put it back almost had to format my computer to get my desktop back will never ever ever install Dropbox again they have gone from hero to zero and everybody is pissed off no point in even contacting them to restore it back because it looks like others have tried and pretty much ben told where to go and how to get there
