I want to have two different ground nets to manage track size. A 2.5A track for high current devices and thinner track for lower current devices. My grounds try to merge when I try to use a different ground component. Although it worked on the +V side. I see some people use zero ohm links. Is there a better or another way of achieving this? My goal is to have the translate to PCB function use the correct track size at the right time to avoid manual work or worse still, missing one.

Thanks.

Mr Lazy.
