Is designspark mechanical compatible with windows 8?

Is DesinSpark Mechanical compatible with Windows 8? 

After reinstalling WINDOWS 8, the DSM program version 5.0

 and 4.0 does not start. Before reinstallation on my computer with

 WINDOWS 8, the program worked in version 4.0.
