I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on a machine that meets the requirements to run the program Designspark Mechanical 4.0.
I have downloaded and tried to install and uninstall Designspark Mechanical three times today. Each time, I get through installation step 1 fine. When I click on installation step 2, the dialog box indicates that the computer must repair Space Claim. I have tried letting the computer "repair" Space Claim, and a dialog box indicates that installation is successful.
Short cuts to both Designspark Mechanical 4.0 and Space Claim were installed on my desktop.
I restarted the computer each time, but when I try to run Designspark Mechanical nothing seems to happen.
If anyone can offer some help for installation, I would appreciate it. I hope I have provided enough information. Thanks in advance for any responses.
