Including added custom component "value" fields in a BOM report

Hi

I created a "value" field for each component I use.  The value is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Denomination of Quantity (DOQ) for each component.   I might need 3x of a component, but if the MOQ is 5x, that is what I will need to order.  Also, if the part number is for a DOQ = packet of 5x components , I want to avoid order 3x  5x  = 15 parts.

I want to produce a custom BOM which includes the added MOQ and DOM fields.  I have tried to do this in ver 10, but I can't find a way.
