When you raise a support ticket please ensure you whitelist our domain or add support@designspark.com to your address book.
On the support request form you will see in bold:
Important: Please allow / whitelist the official domain @designspark.com in your email client, so that our reply is not lost in spam.
It can be frustrating for you thinking we have not responded to your question and for us knowing our reply may be sitting in your SPAM folder!
