I can't use the "Creator" package i ordered

I have only used the Explorer model so far, now I have switched to Creator. I have paid, I have also received the confirmation and it is also shown to me everywhere that I can use the Creator functions now. But the DesignSpark Mechanical App has remaind the same even after reinstalling it.
