how to transfer downloaded schematic symbol and PCB from the Ecad wizard to my library

Hi i have been using DesignSpark for two weeks now, most of the stuff are easy to learn but i am struggling in transfering downloaded components from the Ecad Wizard to my library . Basically after my download is complete i then extract the WinRar Archive file but then when i open the DSL file the symbol anf footprint cannot appear in my library....please help
