How do I export a custom library component for sharing or backup?

This new feature available to Creator and Engineer subscriptions is a simple method of sharing selected components between teams and colleagues. It also provides a simple method of creating a backup of your library contents.

The method is simply select the components to export in the Library Manager Components tab and click the [Export] button to create the *.ELT file.

Once created other users can simply drag and drop this file into the destination library.

The Export file contains the complete component with symbols and values. 

As mentioned, it is also a valuable backup of your library components.
