Hollow Rectangle instead of Surface under the imported idb PCB Design file

I am just beginner  to Mechanical Enclosure Design. In my first project,  making an enclosure for a PCB. I created a Plane area beneath the PCB as shown in image. There is hollow rectangle below the PCB, whereas it should be a surface to make mounting studs on it.
