I have been using Designspark a short while and I have managed to make some small pieces, but I have tried to make a 3d drawing of a bar 300mm long 50mm wide and 6mm thick. The length and width are easy but I cannot get the thickness correct, the nearest was 7.4mm and I simply do not seem able to alter it. I know this has to to be so basic but I am on my own here and I know no-one else who uses design software, I have been happily using MIcrosoft Visio for years but that is not 3d. With Visio you get a side box where you can specify the dimensions of a shape, but cannot find similar in Designspark or for that matter in any other 3d software.
