half-hole for side-plating is missing the gnd layer pad in gerber output

I have lots of gerber problems in DesignSpark 12.0.
Half-holes for side-plating are not OK when connected to Gnd layer. The inner Gnd pad seems to be included in the Gnd layer spacing and gets deleted. It is visible in DesignSpark but not in Gerber. A workaround is to make a separate output for this layer with an extended board outline to include this hole. Maybe something odd with this board because the program crash when making an output for board outline alone. Moreover, the Gnd layer needs hardware fill to get filled whereas the other layers cannot use hardware fill because then they get all filled. There are other things as well that needs to be deleted in the gerbers, such as board outline which is not included in settings but still present in gerber.
