We have been made aware of an issue with our payment provider (FastSpring) where some users re-payment is failing. This has been identified by the payment provider and a fix has been installed. This fix may require you to update your payment details, even if they have not changed. If you receive a failed payment email from FastSpring, please follow the steps below

Updating your payment details

  1. Log in to the DesignSpark website
  2. Go to your "Account Details"
    Goto Account Details
  3. On the left hand menu, go to "My Subscription" then click the button to "Manage your payment details on FastSpring" this will open a new tab on the FastSpring website

  4. On the FastSpring account page, select the "Subscription" tab at the top of the page, you will see a list of your active subscriptions

    Select "Manage"
  5. This will now show the payment methods that you have, even if the payment details are the same, you will have to update them or add an alterntive if desired, select "Add Payment Method" and complete the adding of this payment method. This will ensure that they are updated and you will receive an uninterupted subscription on DesignSpark
