In order to have a wind turbine that generates electricity to charge a phone, what components of what voltage will I need?

I'm making a wind turbine, but need a battery that will store the charge generated. I want the battery to be able to charge phones, are these the only two components I will need? Does the battery have to be 5V? I don't really know what I'm doing, so need help ASAP
