Editing a sketch after a revolve pull

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help again? I've looked at a number of online videos and tutorials but haven't found the answer yet.

I am trying to go back and edit a sketch. The sketch was used to pull around a central axis to form an egg-like shape. I used three straight edges and a spline to form the original 2D shape.

My problem, is that I cannot see how to go back to the original 2D drawing to adjust the shape. I can't use the "undo" tool, because the file has been saved and closed. The undo tool only appears to remember the steps performed after the file has been opened.

How can I go back to the original sketch and edit it?

To help explain, I have included a couple of simple drawings below.

PIC 1 (ABOVE): simple design with curved top, ready to be pulled through 360' about the central xis.

PIC 2 (ABOVE): the 3D solid after the revolve pull.

BUT I cannot see how to go back to the original sketch as shown in PIC 1.

I assume I can, but just can't seem to find out how?!

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Andrew
