DS electrical not login and not accepted it access data and is not working

Hello,

I have problem I can not start the design spark. It want from me access data I insert it and confirm but program didnt start.

I have two installation on my two PC and it same for both. Whats going on?

On picture is text "Neznámá chyba" it is means Unknow error....

I tried reinstal it, uninstall and install in different path on PC, but without effect.

Register for account also doesnt work.

Can you help please?
