Still can't download. I overoad Malware and downloaded the install file from this site. Got through to the point where the actual install would begin. Windows stopped the install saying another install was in progress. This was after the machine was powered down overnight and rebooted. So, still no DesignSpark. ( I did all this again the next day - same result)
