DesignSpark PCB - Copper Pour Basics: Outline (Part 3)

We noticed that we have quite a few questions from our users regarding the proper way of using the ‘Copper Pour’ function within the DesignSpark PCB software.

Take a look at the video below which is a continuation of the two previous videos published in the articles:

DesignSpark PCB - Copper Pour Basics Part 1

DesignSpark PCB - Copper Pour Basics Part 2

In the new video, Kevin explains the importance of proper use of Copper Pour Outline.

I joined RS Components in January 2016, and have over 10 years experience as an Electronics Design Engineer. I am working to develop and improve DesignSpark PCB as well as other electronics design tools we are offering, so that we can continue to offer engineers all around the world a powerful fully featured solution for creating their schematics and PCBs.

@pulanchina Welcome to DesignSpark PCB. We provide an online resource where you can quickly download your parts. https://rs.componentsearchengine.com/ try this with the manufacturers part number to see the range. To use this with DesignSpark PCB you need to install the tool Library Loader and full details are here. https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/115000311505-PCB-Part-Library As you are new here we have video's FAQ's and tutorials at https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/201145765-DesignSpark-PCB PLUS a dedicated forum https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200624545-DesignSpark-PCB-Discussion
