Reference Design of AC/DC Converter using FAN6300 and FCD7N60

The reference design of AC/DC Converter (Power Supply) using FAN6300 Highly Integrated Quasi-Resonant Current Mode PWM Controllerand FCD7N60 SuperFET was converted into DesignSpark PCB format and you may download the project’s files and BOM list in the Download section at the bottom.

  • Total Output Power: 70W
  • One DC Output: 23.1V/3.04A

This document describes the proposed solution for a 70W Power Supply using the FAN6300 Highly Integrated Quasi-Resonant Current Mode PWM Controller and FCD7N60 SuperFETTM. The input voltage range is 185VRMS to 265VRMS and there is one output with 23.1V/3.04A.
