Reference Design of Wide Input Range Power Supply with FAN6300A

The Reference design of Very Wide Input Range Power Supply with FAN6300A QR-PWM Controller and ESBCTM Power Switch was converted into DesignSpark PCB format and you may download the project’s files and BOM list in the Download section at the bottom.

  • AC Input Voltage:
 85VRMS – 707VRMS
  • Total Output Power: 8W
  • One DC Output: 24 VDC / 0.33A

This document describes the proposed solution for 8W SMPS with very wide input voltage range. It uses the QR PWM controller FAN6300 and an ESBC power stage resulting in excellent efficiency and standby consumption.
