The DSR range offers a slimline, fully featured, competitively priced, DIN rail mounting AC-DC power supply suitable for a multitude of applications, for example: Machine control; Process control; Factory automation; Escalator/travellator/elevator/lift control; Building heating/aircon monitoring; control & security systems.
With a width of just 1.26” 32mm (75W & 120W) & 1.77” 45mm (240W), the new DSR range matches the slimmest profiles available in the market today, with very competitive pricing, whilst having the additional capability of providing 150% peak load power for 3 seconds.
The DSR’s have an input range of 85 to 264VAC. There is a choice of models with DC output of 12V (75W & 120W only) 24V or 48V. The front-mounted trim pot allows the output voltage to be trimmed up to +16.7% (provided that the continuous nominal output power is not exceeded).
The input to output isolation is 3kVAC, input to ground 2.5kVAC, output to ground 0.5kVAC. Standards include: EN55032 Class B for conducted and radiated emissions; Safety approvals: UL508 (ICE), UL60950 (ITE); CB IEC60950-1 (ITE), TUV EN60950-1 (ITE).
Average efficiency is 88 to 94%. Leakage current is 1mA maximum. All models feature overtemperature, overload, overvoltage & short circuit protection. The power factor is 0.95. Volt free relay contacts provide remote monitoring for DC OK. On the front panel, an LED provides Green OK / Red fault indication. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C and the operating altitude is 5000m. The MTBF is 300kHrs (MIL-HDBK-217F, +25°C GB).
