PCB rectangle cutout not exporting correctly

B12

Thank you in advance for any help!

I'm trying to export my pcb design and it has a hole in it, where I could have a sensor pointing out of it. I've attached a picture of what it looks like below. When I add all the components to it and view it in the built in 3D viewer on Designspark PCB, the hole that I need is on the 3D viewer. Based off of this, everything that I did should be correct. Unfortantelly, when it comes to exporting the project into a gerber file, the hole disappears. I'm not sure what is going on but the sensor will not work without the hole.

When exporting the pcb, I go to ouptut, manufacturing plots, and then have designspark autogenerate the plots for me. I checked everything in the menu except mirror bottom side. When I uploaded this onto jlc pcb and fusion pcb, the hole did not show up. I tried adding another plot which was an outline, that did not work. I also messed around in the settings but nothing that I tried worked.

If anybody has any suggestions, it would be very helpful.

Thanks!
