RS Components has recently signed with Digilent Inc. (A National Instruments Company). This enables RS Components to distribute technology to education in order to provide students with practical knowledge about electronic engineering - that’s why Digilent moto is ‘Beyond Theory’.
Digilent is headquartered in Seattle, USA and has a global presence with offices in Pullman, Romania and China.
To effectively enable educators teach students, Digilent has created an array of programming resources to accompany their technology. Educators are empowered to guide and encourage students to broaden their knowledge with a mix of theory, simulation and hands-on experience.
Digilent provides a comprehensive spread of free educational material to accompany their products. Take for example the programming resources for ‘Real Analog Circuit’. A collection of free educational materials consisting of 12 chapters focussing primarily on University classes.
