I'm very new to the world of 3d design and pretty rusty on CAD in general having last used it in anger with AutoCAD LT many years ago. But having just purchased a 3D printer I need to scrub up a fair bit.
I'm having trouble getting thing to move at angles. I'm trying to sketch uo a flanged tube somewhat like an elongated top hat but with the tube at 20deg to the flange. Each time I try to pull the top face of the tube it leaves a cut out in the tube body. The tube also reverts to solid.
Seems simple but I cannot get it.
