I have been able to use the "Download 3D models" function in the past but now when I try to open the window, I get no access and I get a warning message "Whoops - Looks like something went wrong" DSM 5 works works fine otherwise, I can see the startup page fine and click on links in that without an issue. Any help with this would be greatly apprecicated.
