Electronic surge can occur anywhere in a vehicle’s electronic circuitry, industrial, measurement and telecom applications. Panasonic ERJP Series have

great anti-surge, anti-pulse characteristics and excellent heat dissipation characteristics due to ‘Serpentine Resistor Pattern Structure’ which helps to

decrease electric field strength per unit length. Combined with a variety of small case size Panasonic Anti-Surge Resistors are suitable to replace MELF

in plenty of cases. Furthermore, squared sized chip structure help to lead to better solder joint reliability which is perfect for a car’s hostile environments.

over lifetime. High reliability, high heat resistance, correspondence to AEC-Q200 makes ERA-series perfectly suited to harsh environment applications,

ETQP Series – Power Choke Coils (Metal Composite Technology)

Panasonic Power Choke Coils ETQP series offer high heat resistance, excellent DC bias characteristic, Hi-BS with ferrous alloy magnetic material

and great reliability at high temperatures with a high tolerance for vibration. These Power Choke Coils also have very low audible noise and are extremely

efficient with low DCR and eddy current loss reduction. Metal composite core material, with distributed air-gap, and stamped frame coils on some series

provide near linear Inductance vs Current and do not saturate, while also offering a cost effective design solution.

POSCAP with Focus TA/TV Series

POSCAP™ is a solid electrolytic chip capacitor. The anode is sintered tantalum and the cathode is a highly conductive polymer. POSCAP™ has

a low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) level and excellent performance for high frequency while maintaining a low profile and high capacitance.

V-FT

V-FT series realise both high capacitance and low resistance values with small sized case. Compared to the leading low ESR

Panasonic series (V-FK and V-FP) as well as comparable competitor products, V–FT series is miniaturised by one case size with same CV values and Low resistance.

V-TQ

V-TQ series is featuring long lifetime of 2,000 hours at 125˚C, with ESR values specified at down to -40˚C. Compared to previous high temperature V-TK series,

V-TQ series is one case size smaller. By using miniaturised V-FT and V-TQ series, design improvement can be achieved with downsizing. Anti-vibration version is available for all parts with diameter 8mm and above.

FJ3P0210/FK3P0211 – Power CSP MOSFETs

The New Power CSP Mosfet Series features Power Mount CSP Packaging (PMCP) that is comprised of a unique pad design and drain clip technology.

This allows for a 5% improvement in thermal dissipation while simultaneously reducing the size by 80% over the conventional solutions. Panasonic’s

advances in cell technology and wafer thinning fabrication have lead to silicon with a 110nm fine trench cell that provides 47% lower RDS(on) over

the same sized conventional chip. By using this technology, this MOSFET Series achieves higher power efficiency while reducing power consumption.
