Create Arc or diagonal rectangle cutouts in the PCB

I have DesignSpeark PRO is there any wayt of creating arc or diagonal cutouts in the pcb , when i create a cutout shape the arc option is greyeed out

when i create a rectangle cut out i cannot rotate it 45°
