Simplified Procedure to Flash the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3 / 3+ eMMC Storage

After reviewing Raspberry Pi's official procedure for flashing a Raspbian image onto a Compute Module 3, I felt there MUST be a more elegant way of doing this.
