How can I use the "Field" options of the notes in the drawing file?

Hi

I am using DSM5 drawing sheets and I have found the "Field" option of the notes.

Things like scale and sheet numbers are easy but there are so many options in the fields list that don't fill automatcially and I can't find the place to enter the values.

For example, I am trying to use Revision, Category, Description and File name but none of these values filled automatically.

Can someone please advise me?
