I've just renewed my creator licence, but it says it can't recognise my hardware. It did this before I upgraded again too. I have no idea how to get it working and can't even get the basic version to work. Whatever I do, a little window pops up and says it can't recognise my hardware and would I like to try a different licence. I'm getting a bit fed up. :-(
