Can't connect to licensing backend?


Been using both Desgin Spark PCB and Mechanical since version 1.0. Now I go to use both of them today and I can't even log in to send a complaint that my license can't connect to the backend server. I'm attempting to use the latest versions PCB 11.0 and Mechanical 6.0, both Explorer for now... I don't see how I be justinfied to put any money into a product that's completely broken with no way to contact support for resolution. To top it off I can't even get version PCB 10.0 to work so I can attempt a port of several old projects that are still alive to 11.0. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
