Hi, I am having issues activating DS on my workplace desktop. I have been in touch with my IT department, who want to know the following:
- Currently what is the proxy setting configured in the software.
- How we can change the proxy setting so it can take the same proxy as browser.
We have followed adding the URL to the whitelist, etc but still no luck. Part of our company protocol is that web traffic has to run through the proxy.
I have put in a couple of support requests through DS, but I have had no response.
Is there anybody that can help with this at all?
