I'm attempting to model a marine propeller using the offsets table in the plan. I've got so far as to have all the cord sections pitched and projected to create the blade outline, however, for the life of me, I cannot blend these faces together to create the solid. I've tried everything including blending the edges seperately, using guidelines, and simplifying the faces, to no avail. I can some of the faces together but eventually the tool fails. I can blend all the edges to make a shell but I can't get the interior to fill. The goal here is to have one solid. I feel like these aren't that complicated and that a successful blend should be produced. Please help!
