Circular connectors are some of the most versatile products in the whole connector family. From the smallest that are diameter of a pinky finger to the largest that need both hands to operate, customers love the robustness, compact design and ease of use that circular connectors deliver.

We wanted to investigate the question of whether commercial connectors would still provide reliable service. To help answer that question, Amphenol was kind enough to send us some samples of the Duramate range so we could form our own opinion.
Duramate is a bayonet-locking connector that has a range of features that make it attractive for industrial users. It has in-built wire seals and a range of cable accessories to provide an easy and robust solution for a range of applications. It is available in just two sizes reducing the number of choices that the customer needs to make (and making it easier to order in the process.
